Ben Newman is an illustrator hailing from Bristol, who now works in London. His portfolio is a beautiful mixture of personal and client work. His work is based around shapes and print process, where his influence comes from his background in printmaking, this can be seen in the choice of colours, and colour layering so that when he uses up to four colours, they blend over to create more.
I recently had the pleasure of going to a talk by Ben in Aberdeen at Offset57, it was great to see a look into his process, and to see a wide scope of work he had been involved in.
